Refund Policy

If you wish to return any items for any reason, you must notify Techniflow @ o3 group, by e-mail, within 3 working days of receipt of the goods, that you wish to return them. The item/s must not have been used, and must be in the original unopened packaging, and in a resalable condition.

We reserve the rights to refuse items not up to standard. The customer is responsible for all the carriage costs, both for the delivery, and the return of the goods.

We would advise all customers to use a secure delivery service that requires a signature on delivery, and covers the value of the goods being returned, as the customer will be responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

Consumer rights do not extend to businesses. You should satisfy yourself that the products you are purchasing are fit for the purpose they are intended for. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% for all goods that are returned when the return is not due to a manufacturing fault or an error on our behalf

The goods must always be in their original condition and in their original, undamaged packaging. We would ask that you wrap the items in some protective material or place inside another box to avoid any damage to the outside of the box. As I’m sure you can appreciate, any return items must be in a resalable condition as we do not want our customers to receive goods in boxes that are in any way damaged or defaced. This is our promise to you as a customer and we must enforce it should you wish to return any item.

You will be liable for the shipping cost to return the goods to us. We can arrange collection on your behalf for which there will be a charge depending on the number and size of the items purchased. You should expect to receive your refund (less the outward shipping cost of £19.50+VAT) within 25 days of giving your package to the return courier, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly but please allow for delays in shipping to allow us to inspect the items upon their return. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you have arranged your own courier and the goods are not received, no refund can be made.
